At 18 years old, Sarah Blakeslee moved to Colorado Springs to live and train at the Olympic Training Center with the goal of making the team for the 2004 Athens games in rifle shooting. Years later, she joined the SRAM family as an Engineering Document Specialist before going back to school to earn her Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Today, as a Sustaining Front Suspension Engineer, Sarah makes design improvements to existing RockShox products you ride and see out on the trail.
