Swedish slopestyle athlete Max Fredriksson begins his 2016 season with new partners and a good result from the first FMB World Tour event of the year. For the foreseeable future, the young slopestyle rider from Järfälla, Sweden will be supported by NS Bikes, Monster Energy, Alpinestars, TSG, Oakley and Novatec. Helping him navigate the waters of the professional mountain bike world is the Munich based sports marketing and communication agency, rasoulution. With a solid 4th place already in the bag from White Style in Leogang, Max's season has started well.

Already feeling good on his new NS Bike, Max hopes to achieve his goal for the year, which is to be awarded an invitation to the prestigious Red Bull Joyride at Crankworx Whistler. NS Bikes are happy to have another pro athlete on their roster. "We have been on the lookout for a versatile and skilled rider to join our team and Max Fredriksson was on the radar for some time," says NS Bikes Team Manager Darek Trybocki. "When we discovered that he is also an extremely competent downhill rider we knew we had to get him on board. Max will be spending most of his time competing on our dirt bikes. He chooses the Decade and Soda Slope frames as the base of his custom builds. Max will also ride a lot on his big bikes so we hooked him up with a Snabb E1 Enduro and Fuzz 1 Downhill bike. The young Swede will be involved in various projects and product development in the future, but right now he's warming up for the season in Barcelona, along with our two other riders, Sam Pilgrim and Kuba Grudzinski. Looks like they are having a good time!"

Max's clean and technical riding style demonstrates skill, precision and progression, which drew the attention of rasoulution Managing Director Tarek Rasouli. His results from 2015 only reinforced the predications that he is climbing the ranks and on his way to challenge the top spots. Max's 2015 season highlights include: first place at SlopeFest in Sweden, third at the Dirt Masters in Winterberg (GER) as well as Vienna Air King (AUT) and fourth place at the Maxxis Slopestyle in Winter Park (USA).

„Max has developed very well over the last years and has positioned himself within the world's elite freeride mountain bikers. We see great potential in him for the upcoming seasons. Max is not only a great sportsman but also a kind and positive young man," explains Tarek Rasouli.

For Max, 2016 is the start of a new level in his career and he is motivated to come out swinging: „Many of my friends are athletes at rasoulution. This is why I'm very happy to be a member of the team. The support and confidence from my partners is also a great motivation for me to get out and ride."
