Martin broke his tibia and fibula, just above his the ankle, and was rushed to Vancouver for emergency surgery Saturday night. We would like to thank the entire Crankworx crew, the staff at Whistler Memorial Hospital as well all the fans who have expressed concern for all of their your support. Martin will be staying in Vancouver for the rest of the week until he gets the doctor''s okay to fly back home to Sweden.

In order to show our support and keep Martin''s spirits high Specialized has begun posting to social media using the hashtag #GetWellMartin. We hope you will join us in sharing your photos and this hashtag to support the steezy swede on the road to recovery.

To date there is a #GetWellMartin Facebook post on the Specialized Bicycles Facebook page and

Instagram. If you feel so inclined to show your support to Martin and wish him a speedy recovery, please share these posts through your social profiles and leave an uplifting comment of your own. All of the support will be relayed back to Martin.
