Crankworx World Tour 2026 Takes Shape with Dates Confirmed for Whistler, SilverStar, and More
The Crankworx World Tour is gearing up for another season of gravity-fuelled action, tight competition, and the ultimate celebration of mountain biking culture in 2026.
With festival dates confirmed for Whistler, SilverStar, and the recently announced addition of Mont-Sainte-Anne, Québec, the calendar is taking shape, promising another year of unforgettable moments for athletes and fans.
The season will kick off in Aotearoa New Zealand, with back-to-back festivals:
- Ōtautahi Christchurch: February 19–22, 2026
- Rotorua: March 11–15, 2026
After celebrating its landmark 20th edition in 2025, Crankworx Whistler is back July 24-August 2, 2026, with a shifted summer timeframe designed to maximise competition opportunities for athletes.
Immediately following Whistler, Crankworx continues its Canadian journey with a stop at another long-standing festival destination: SilverStar in Vernon, BC. From August 6-9, Crankworx SilverStar will once again bring world-class racing, and competition across discipline to the Interior of British Columbia.
The tour then heads east to its newest home in Québec, where Mont-Sainte-Anne will host its debut festival from September 3-7, 2026. Having hosted the Dual Slalom of the 2022 Crankworx Summer Series Québec, MSA will now be a major festival. It marks the return of the Crankworx World Tour to la Belle Province, with Mont-Sainte-Anne also taking on the role of grand final of the 2026 season.
Stakes will be high across all festivals, with athletes battling for valuable points toward the King and Queen of Crankworx titles, as well as the Crankworx FMBA Slopestyle World Championship and other elite-level competition series.
“Having just celebrated 20 years of Crankworx, with Mont-Sainte-Anne joining the World Tour in 2026 and lots more in the making, the upcoming seasons will be historic for Crankworx and for the global mountain bike community,” said Darren Kinnaird, Managing Director of the Crankworx World Tour. “Each destination offers a unique riding culture, and together, they create the ultimate stage for athletes to push the sport forward.”
