Switzerland's Kathrin Stirnemann (Sabine Spitz Haibike) gave Northwave and Extreme Tech MTB Plus another World Cup win in an exciting season: on Friday August 1st, the 25-year-old athlete won Cross Country Eliminator World Cup stage 4 in Mont-Sainte-Anne, Canada, beating Jenny Rissveds and Lisa Mitterbauer.

German veteran and Northwave athlete Sabine Spitz also collected a solid result, finishing 5th with her Extreme Tech MTB Plus shoes.

With her success in Canada, Kathrin Stirnemann now leads World Cup overall classification with two stages to go: the only rival that could threaten her lead is Swedish World Champion and fellow Northwave rider Alexandra Engen. We might be up for an exciting all-Northwave duel!
