As the Enduro World Series draws to a close, the last round takes place in Finale Ligure, the iconic Italian Riviera town that has become synonymous with enduro MTB in the last decade.The Gulf of Genoa provides a brilliant backdrop to this ‘race from the mountain to the sea’, with the Ligurian Apennines providing all the thrilling, technical trails you’d expect from the EWS season-closer.

It was a different day all around at Planet Foods Stage 3 on the Seven Summits trail. The race started with a time trial, which means that riders could be staggered at the start line.

Stage 2 starts and finishes at Red Mountain Resort, just outside of Rossland. The first 200 m of vertical will be gained right from the start line on ski area access roads, and then it’s onto the Paydirt descent back to the base area.

Day three of the BC Bike Race is the Queen Stage. As in, it’s the going to be the boss stage and send the worker-bees on a mission to climb more than any other day and then expect them to dance their way through technical trail carved out of dark woods and old lumber cuts.
