Day three of the BC Bike Race is the Queen Stage. As in, it’s the going to be the boss stage and send the worker-bees on a mission to climb more than any other day and then expect them to dance their way through technical trail carved out of dark woods and old lumber cuts.

The 11th edition of the BC Bike Race has officially launched 600 racers down the main street of Cumberland, British Columbia and into the forests surrounding this mountain bike mecca. Blessed with warm winds and clouds to keep the strength of the sun at bay, riders got their first taste of the “BC Rhythm.” BC Ferries may have delivered riders from the mainland to Vancouver Island, but the trailbuilders of Cumberland handed them their first taste of the “Flow State” the BC Bike Race hopes everyone finds during their 7 day journey.

Day 6 – Squamish
Squamish has been a long-time favourite stage amongst racers. The trails they experience - Half Nelson, Powerhouse Plunge, Hoods in the Woods, and many more - have become known worldwide and are bucket list items in their own rights. Home to many talented trail builders and a passionate group of volunteers, Squamish boasts a diverse trail network that has something for everyone and all abilities.

For its 15th edition, the Val d’Allos Tribe 10 000 went back to the roots with a real 10 000 meters descent combined on two days and a mechanical lift for the climbs. From the top of the ski and mtb domain - Le Gros Tapy at Allos’s Seignus, the 370 lucky riders went down the legendary long, technical an physical stages as tiring than marvelous that made the Tribe race first of its kind and from now sacred as mythical.
